Duodecim produces a range of products and services for its members, including printed and electronic publications, training events and a diversity of member services, all of which help to develop professional skills and clinical practice.

Duodecim’s membership consists of qualified doctors and students training to become doctors.

In the case of doctors who have gained their medical qualifications abroad, a copy of these qualifications, or of the certificate showing the right to practise as a doctor in Finland, must be attached to the membership application. Those who have gained their doctor qualifications abroad will be approved as full members if they are practising as doctors in Finland or studying to obtain the right to practise as a doctor in Finland.
